Rawad is a professional traffic engineer and transportation planner. He is a hands-on project manager who specializes in traffic engineering, parking analysis and transportation technology applications. Rawad has managed context-sensitive projects in the United States and internationally, advising public, private, and institutional clients. He has earned a reputation for guiding his clients to achieve effective, timely solutions.

GTS team members have worked on projects of all sizes in the United States and internationally. We advise public, private and institutional clients. Our projects have ranged in scope from driveway access studies to master planned communities and everything in between. We have advised on parking management and operations, public-private-partnerships, environmental compliance (mobility elements), as well as transit plans and active transportation plans.
