Environmental On-Call Traffic Impact Studies Peer Review, City of Moorpark

As part of the City of Moorpark’s CEQA environmental on-call services, GTS conducted a peer review of the Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for the Everett Street Terraces project. The review focused on evaluating whether the technical analysis adequately supported the traffic and transportation findings and conclusions included in the environmental document.

 

GTS reviewed the TIS for consistency with the City of Moorpark’s adopted criteria and standards, as well as industry best practices established by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM), and other applicable guidelines. The peer review provided the City with clear, objective feedback to support CEQA compliance and informed decision-making.
