GTS provided traffic engineering design services for safety and operational improvements along Seaton Avenue in Riverside County. The project supported the widening of Seaton Avenue from two lanes to four lanes and included updated signing and striping to reflect the new roadway configuration.
GTS developed plans to enhance safety and traffic operations for both vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring the design met County of Riverside standards and supported the upgraded corridor. The improvements provided clearer lane delineation, improved traffic control, and safer multimodal travel along the expanded roadway.
