GTS provides on-call support to the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for a range of State and Federal-aid transportation programs. The team assists with reviewing projects for grant funding eligibility, evaluating applications, and ensuring consistency with program requirements and priorities.

 

Recent efforts have included reviewing applications for the 2024 Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities (EMSD) Program, assessing proposed activities for eligibility and alignment with program goals. GTS has also supported the review of projects seeking funding through the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) program and other federal funding sources.

 

In addition to grant program support, GTS has assisted OCTA with contracting tasks, design reviews, and construction cost estimate reviews, helping ensure projects meet funding requirements and are prepared for successful delivery.
